Click “Add to Cart” below your desired package. A new window will appear. If you will be purchasing more than one package, close the window and click “Add to Cart” on your additional packages. 3. Check out. Once you are satisfied with your selected package/s, click on your Cart on the top right of our website. A new window will appear. Select your preferred payment option and check out. Once your purchase is concluded, you will receive an automated e-mail from our team confirming the purchase, along with the email is the intake form. We also provide complimentary job interview guide for all our packages. 4. Fill form. The intake form will require you to fill out all the relevant information needed to craft your output, which an overview of your professional and educational pedigree, and the job URL or job description of your target position. Please submit this form as early as possible so as to avoid potential delays. 5. Submit form. Once you have submitted your form, our team will review your information and partner you with the best member for your request. They will now be committed to your request, and will normally finish the output within 2-5 business days (48 hours for the rush delivery). How did Resume Warriors start out?
Our founder, Kris Thompson, worked extensively in the recruitment sector. The companies he joined as a recruitment professional was one of the few first companies who used the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help automatically sort through the constant wave of submitted applications. This means only a select few ATS-compliant resumes ever managed to receive attention to any application supervisor.
He would then manually review the non-ATS compliant resumes in his spare time. To his shock, he found that there were actually so many brilliant and highly qualified candidates who used non-ATS compliant resumes, and they could barely be given any attention simply because their resumes weren’t formatted or worded properly. This applied not only for normal job resumes, but for cover letters, curriculum vitae, and federal resumes as well.
Not only were individuals losing their opportunities due to a simple oversight, companies were losing potential value as well because their system keeps glossing over their best candidates!
Thus, in the early 2000s, our founder decided to start Resume Warriors to help both the applicants and companies adapt to this quickly automating world.
